a) The Guarantee request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the final design files. b) You must provide clear and specific feedback to the design team, allowing them at least one opportunity to revise the designs based on your input. c) The Guarantee does not cover third-party fees or external costs, such as printing or shipping.

Exclusions The Guarantee does not apply to:

a) Services that have been completed and approved by the client. b) Revisions or additional work requested after the final files have been delivered. c) Projects that are delayed or canceled due to client inaction or unresponsiveness. d) Disputes arising from subjective preferences or personal taste.

Refund Process To request a refund under the Guarantee, you must:
